A New Face at the Regional Collection Center

The Dickinson County Conservation Board is pleased to announce the hiring of Clay Pavelko as the new Regional Collection Center (RCC) Manager. Pavelko transitions into this role after serving as the county’s Natural Resource Technician, where he has helped manage county properties for the past nine years.  

In this position, Pavelko will oversee operations at the Regional Collection Center, helping continue service for residents while continuing to support the county’s commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability. 

“I wanted to have a hands-on role helping reduce waste in our community. I’m looking forward to helping the residents of Dickinson County continue to responsibly dispose of hazardous materials that do not belong in our landfills,” Pavelko said. 

The Dickinson County Conservation Board is excited to see Pavelko step into his new role and looks forward to the positive impact he will bring to the Regional Collection Center and the community it serves.
