4 to 6:30 pm — Children’s Activities, Hikes, and Make & Take Crafts
Frog Hikes (4:00 PM and 5:00 PM) &
Bird Hikes (4:30 PM and 5:30 PM)
Join us for outdoor fun and exploration… Free and Fun for all ages.! Dress appropriately for weather.
Live Animal Displays will be ongoing in the Nature Center
Starting at 6:30pm – Potluck hors d’oeuvres and drinks!
Join us for wine by firelight, good company and potluck hors d’oeuvres.
Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share as we relax and remember the vital role each of us plays in protecting and nurturing our Natural World! All are welcome! Non-alcoholic beverages offered as well.

Keynote speaker Rich Leopold, former director of the IDNR
“Rich Leopold will be sharing some of his experiences, including a few smiles and also some bruises, that he has experienced in the Okobojis, the State of Iowa, and nationally. Topics will vary from water quality to climate change to endangered species to sources of hope for the future of our natural environment.”
