Easy Mouse Craft
Have you ever wanted a pet mouse? I’ve had them before and they’re very fun but I think this craft is way better. Not only is it cute, it’s way less maintenance. Here are the steps to make this cute little mouse friend.
Supplies:
- Tan paper
- Pink paper
- Black paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Googly eyes
- A brown crayon if you want to add details
Step 1:
Cut the tan paper into a rectangle then fold it over and glue it. This will be the body of your mouse so make it as big or small as you want.
Step 2:
Cut out the ears from the tan paper and then cut out the inside of the ears from the pink paper.
Step 3:
Then cut out the little nose from the pink paper. Then cut out the whiskers from the black paper. I cut out a rectangle from the black paper, cut it at a diagonal and then cut the whiskers out. I then glued the nose to the black paper.
Step 4:
Glue the ears and whiskers to the body. Cut out the tail, I almost forgot this part. Then glue the tail to the body and add the googly eyes.
Now that everything is good and glued on, you can take your new mouse pet anywhere with you. We made this guy out of tan paper because that way he looks more like a mouse you would find in our neck of the woods. I thought about using the brown crayon to add some details but instead of risking messing up how cute he is, I decided to let him be how he is.
