Finger Puppet Turkey
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! If you need something to do between meals, here’s a quick and fun craft you can do!
Stuff you’ll need:
- Construction paper: brown, orange, yellow, red, and whatever colors you want for the tail feathers
- Glue
- Scissors
- Goggly eyes
- Tape
Step 1:
Cut a piece of the brown paper out to roll into a tube. Tape it closed. Make sure it’s a little longer than your finger because it will be folded in a minute.
Step 2:
Fold the corners in, then fold the end so it’s closed. Tape it shut like you’re taping a present. This is so it sits on your finger well.
Step 3:
Cut out the pieces for your turkey. The feathers can be whatever size and whatever pattern you want. Don’t forget the eyes, beak, and snood!
Step 4:
Glue everything on. I just glued the feathers to the other ones as shown.
Step 5:
Now you have a finger puppet turkey to hang out with for Thanksgiving!
